In coaching I use my experience I have gained as a manager and project leader in business (finance, legal and IT), my knowledge and insights from positive psychology and my creativity. In our first free session we take a look together at your situation and make a good analysis. That is, because you want to make a good start and come quickly to the heart of the matter. I listen, confront, and challenge you with humor. You are the center of our sessions and we customize the coaching to your needs. As a coach, I am not here to change you as a person, but rather to bring you to your authenticity. We unravel your situation. We look at limiting thought patterns and into possible other perspectives. That brings you new insights, a new vision for your future. The coaching ensures that you get the confidence to break through old patterns and dare to pioneer, so that the change starts before the end of the coaching. You go home with a good plan and a new perspective so that you will experience real results.
