In other words; how you find out what you really want to do. Next to this you learn to manage your self.
Career coaching with inspiration. That is being hit at the level of your soul and your heart. It has to do with authenticity, trust and integrity. I like to work with you on your future, have fun and achieve results.
During a free orientation session we meet each other. I will provide a safe and respectful environment where you can share your story and we can explore the coaching topic. We clarify your question and determine which goals you want to achieve with the coaching.
A coaching programme contains 6 to 10 sessions of 1,5 hour. We start to look at your situation right now; take a look at your past and thereafter at the future. If it is possible, we’re also going outside. Between our meetings, I’ll give you some homework. During the sessions we are going to investigate your CV, take another look at your biography and select your core qualities. Your values and convictions will be discussed. We’re paying attention to your energy providers and things that give meaning to your life. We trigger your dreams and formulate your personal mission. When that’s clear, we’re going to ‘translate’ this into the best matching career perspective.
What’s needed to get there where you want to be? I’ll help you to make your own action plan to be able to reach this most vitalising perspective. We’ll end the sessions with a report in which I’ll describe the results of your search and your plan of action.
