Coaching specialties: Mainly Lifecoaching. I can support you in finding purpose and direction in your life. It is important that you can become aware of what is important to you and how you want to organize your life. And what you need to be happy and vital. The themes that can be central are: processing, trust self-assurance, self-love, vitality and balance.
International experiences: Lived/worked/studied in Scotland and New-Zealand.

Together we look at what is in the foreground for you now, and prevents you from being happy, vital and healthy again.
During our orientation meeting we look at whether there is a click and which form of coaching best suits the situation you are currently in. Together we will look at how we are going to organize the coaching for you and which goals you want to achieve. I always work in the moment. Which means that every time you come for an appointment, we check again what has the greatest priority at that time. Without losing sight of your ultimate goals. I offer you a listening ear and will support you by means of questions and experiential exercises to gain more awareness and grip on the situations in your life. Ultimately, you will experience more self-confidence, pleasure and balance, which will help you achieve your goals.
