Contact me with quesions about: How to handle low self-confidence at work, how to communicate effectively with colleagues (for example: get your message across, set boundaries, make yourself visible, communicate across cultures, handle change resistance, deal with emotions at work). Apart from that, you can also come to me with questions about how to act more and think less, and how to build self-confidence.

My approach: I work accordingly to the principle of: give insight – broaden your horizon – act – long term change. Having insight into your own doing makes you recognize, acknowledge and understand your mechanisms. These understandings allow you to shift and broaden your perspectives and redefine your possibilities to act. This is what triggers long-term change. During coaching sessions I use different coach and work methods which are sufficient to guide you towards your goals. I also give you assignments and homework so you can put the gained knowledge into practice. An important basis for my coaching practices is trust, safety, and attention for what is in the present moment.
