There are moments in your life when you think: how did I get here? My head knows how to do it but is my heart involved?
With my unique combination of experiences as well as a manager as a musician I will help you to make choices from the heart, without losing what you want to achieve. Or in other words: improving your (personal) leadership purposefully, with enough room for what your heart tells you.
I gladly walk alongside you and your issues about life and leadership for a while and I will help you to make tangible steps to change your behaviour.

This is how I work
We will take off together on our way to the result that you want to achieve. I walk alongside you. I am the mirror that will tell you what it sees. In all honesty, without any finery and with a sense of humour.
What does that look like in real life? We make a plan with specific and attainable goals. We identify themes that need to be explored. In the sessions we use the most effective methods. Sometimes music is part of it, not always. Coaching is always custom-made and I will work with the tools that are the most effective for you.
I have an average of 6 sessions of 1,5 hour. Often I will give you homework to help you practice new behaviour in the time between the sessions.
